Title: lead train token

hi,found this lead train token last weekend,i was wondering if anyone could shed some light on it.its just larger than a penny and 6 mill thick,i can just make out the word "trains" on the right.i have browsed the net bit to no avail..thanks guys.

actually i think it says railway, soz

I believe it reads 'TAFF VALE RAILWAY', which existed 1836-1922.

When you say it's just larger than a penny, do you mean a pre-decimal penny?

its fairly small,just larger than a modern penny.i do believe it does say " taff vale railway"
