Hello and welcome to the site Findmetoo. Can't help you out myself, I live by Tenby, a good drive away. I know there are some that live over your end and I'm sure when they get round to it they'll be in touch.
You're in a good area for detecting, plenty of Roman down that end.

Happy hunting.

Val

Nah, she just has a romantic streak, but is also easily led ::)

You live in a very interesting area surrounded by motte and bailey castles, iron age forts, crop marks and Google Earth features. Lucky you.

I have an etrac, I swing it regularly in isolated areas with as few people around as possible but you are welcome to join me if you like sometime.

Keep an eye out for the Detecting Wales Rallies too, they are good social occasions too, with loads of other loonies on hand to help out and give advice.

Eric

Welcome to the forum Ray, I've got an Etrac , and have had it now for 18 months now, I'm still learning the machine and in another 18 months will still be learning the machine.  :) . Its a brilliant machine get one good programme and stick with it . The three most powerful tools in metal detecting are , familiarity of machine, good land and time spent detecting.

good luck and if you need any help , just shout.
