3 easily identifiable radiates [including the silver]. from 250 to 300AD.

the object in bottom right is very interesting as i have one and think its a button, or mount. But it is quite heavy, for its size. i'm intrigued at the top right object, is it another button?

well found mike, good day out

cheers alan , yes the top right is a button thought it was a stater when in the mud but alas the loop dashed my hopes, the bottom right is heavy for its size but hollow behind its like half a ball if you know what i mean

yes mike, it sounds the same as the one i've got.  an interesting artefact.

its worth handing all the coins into the FLO at the next meeting.

Well done Mike (he says, spitting though teeth) ;)
Alan the silver is an Antoninianus (not a radiate as you mean) and is could well be before that 250 AD date ;)

Lovely finds there Mike, love the Radiates!! That object, bottom right is in fact a Tudor Button, Tombac I believe, I have two of these. I am not sure what yours looks like at the back end but mine are hollow, but this would be iron if it was complete, and would have been ball shaped!! Well done once again.
