Title: ID on possible brooch

Hi all
I was fortunate to have a invite by 2 well known members of this forum (PIPSTER and NORMAD) to come and detect with them today it was the First time out with My Deus today still lots to learn. We all managed to find plenty of buttons ,few coins a mount and a possible brooch.
wondering if could Id brooch and maybe date if turns out to be a brooch
Had a brilliant day fabulous company thanks Phil and Paul for the day out really enjoyed

it's a le tenne brooch . chef will tell you which type it is

An Excellent find Wayno, It's a la Tene brooch from around 100BC to 20AD not certain of type but looks like a III and a Nauheim derivative but definitely one for an FLO for a precise ID ;)

That is what Paul said it was and he also said the man that will ID it will be the one and only Chef

WOW thanks Geoff Paul did say it was a early la tene brooch and he also said that you will ID it

Great find Wayno, had something similar holding my napkins on as a baby LOL. By the way could you ask DWB to PM me his phone number because I failed to PM him back thanks.
