Was wondering if anyone has any info on our recent finds, esp the french coin
(Perhaps monsieur Napoleon?).

The lead weight looks more like a 'net' weight which were used on one edge of a large net which would be suspended over a hedge or a gap between tres etc to trap birds. I have three or four in my collection.
