Title: Trade Weight I.D?
Post by: NickDavies on August 20, 2013, 05:29:07 PM
Hey :)
Well back out on the fields today again went through a few but the grass was too long to detect and ended up only finding big chunks of iron!

Went into the next field which looked promising with a distinctive mound in the centre! After a couple of hours i had found a few coins some so badly worn its hard to make out anything but also i found a trade weight atleast i think it is! Take a look on the link below and if you have any idea of the date id be more than grateful!

Nick is the light green patch, right of centre, a crown? if so there should be a letter under it, what is it?
