Title: One Bonus Of The Storms On My Local Beach!!
Post by: Spooyt Vane on January 07, 2014, 02:46:35 PM
Didnt need a detector on my local beach this morning, when i found a area of what looked like iron fused together. But closer inspection was found to contain many non ferrous items and it took a hammer and chisel to free them and then evalaute them..Nothing of any value but it was nice to use eyes only to find them..The bloody tide is back in...always another day ;D

Well; until I started beach detecting, I didn't realise how much and often a beach can change. You just can't step onto the same beach twice! Never had a problem with seaweed though. Jellyfish, starfish, and even an octopus; but never seaweed.  :o
