was surprised to find the hammered as it was on field 3 at 5.15pm after it was done last week and others had been on the field all day ? outlaw also found 2 hammereds and a lovely roman brooch,just goes to show you what is missed Title: Re: my moorlinch finds sunday 6th april Post by: anthonyjay on April 07, 2014, 09:56:58 AM Well done that man. You would have to be detecting very slowly as well as covering every single centimetre of ground to find that on your own first time out, or cover the field with 5 - 600 detecting at the same time to find it.
