Title: weeks finds plus Roman for i.d please Post by: sharkey on September 11, 2014, 10:28:16 AM hi all, made it out a few times earlier in the week, had some interesting bits. all from fields i've quickly been over before, but never really spent any great deal of time in them. needless to say, i will be taking my time in them from now on!
can anyone shed any light on the buckles? age etc? Also, can't believe my luck, but i think i have another Roman silver. can anyone I.D. it for me please? Last but not least, finally got my first readable hammered since February. Elizabeth half groat, woolpack mint mark, London mint.
