Title: First go!
Post by: Romanytony on November 12, 2014, 07:14:09 PM
Well the new toy came today and I couldn't wait to try it out. I was a bit apprehensive as I opted for the CScope 440 instead of a Garrett Ace 250, and then realised after I placed the order that the CScope is sadly lacking in knobs, just 2! I will have to save up for more knobs. Anyway off I went, and almost immediately it started beeping. My first find! It was a Durex wrapper. Oh well. The irony struck me but archaeologist in me clicked in and I could deduce by its depth it was fairly old. Next came half a horseshoe, an old nail, two ring pulls, a fishing weight, three tent pegs and five pennies. It might not sound much, and it will take a while to save for a 3030, but for me it was a success.

i think the tent pegs and the durex wrapper may be related.also the pennies and pull rings(if alcohol related),but the fishing weight and horseshoe i'm unsure about.
