Title: Could this be a roman ?

Hi all found this coin a few weeks back didn't think anything of it just looking at a few finds and it looks like it could be Roman the head side looks roman to me and the reverse looks like it has the letters s c on it with something in between  s on the left c on the right but it isn't very thick to the right of the c on the reverse it appears to have the letters A V G let me know what you think or is it just my eye's cheers all

I might be wrong but that has the profile of VESPASIAN and looks like a sestertius. Well found.

More likely to be an As unless you've got hands like shovels  ;D but 100% Roman well done Ken ;)

I agree with Mike and Chef - and the possibility that it is Vespasian :D
