Title: Three in one Post by: wittsy1 on November 28, 2016, 12:21:11 PM Last Wednesday turned out to be a first for me, 3 Hammered in One outing. I managed two days off work and having not been out Mine Sweeping for ages I went for it. My attempt at ID of hammered coins is - 2 Lizzie Pennies and a Charles I Shilling.
I don't know what the item with trigger thingy is if anyone can shed any light on it, that would be good. Also could the other Item be part of Medieval Pot of some sort. Thanks for taking a peep. No idea what the 'trigger' thing might be. Would have said something of a tractor but the pattern along the side says no. As you don't say how big it or the 'pot' part are it could be all sorts of things. What about a belt buckle ?
