I had the vip package and because the monthly cost was high they put a limit on my phone so i couldn't overspend on phone calls. After 6 months they increase the limit. They don't just cut you off they ring you close to your limit and then you can pay a bit off if you wish. In my expierience they are doing it to protect themselves from people who abuse the system and run up big debt who cannot and wont pay it back.
