UPDATED UPDATED UPDATED Post by: Tafflaff (Rob) on May 13, 2010, 06:59:46 PM Ok this is by popular request, we're looking at doing another 2 dayer camping Rally and BBQ, maybe on a slightly smaller scale. Around 4th 5th September. I think we're avoiding any of the big rallies on those dates.
Same again this is not a sign up list just a thread to asertain interest. We are thinking of using the same campsite with the farm/s being closer to the site this time. I'm starting to ask early to give clubs a chance to sort their dates out. Just an update on this •Rally on 4th and 5th September £7per day or £12 for the two days (Confirmed) •300 acres of non detected, regulary past ploughed short pasture. In a banging prime Roman/Saxon area. •Camping on site (£8 per person) •BBQ put on by Caterers for £10 per head so everyone including Chef Geoff can relax. (if you want to attend bbq) •Bar •Toilets •Shower •Military morning (Tank and amoured personnel driving (needs to be booked up front) See link when uploaded This is a different set up than before and the farm is unable to take individual payments for camping and BBQ. We will arrange a suitable booking method. I know this is a few months away, however early booking and planning is needed to make sure we arrange everything spot on.
