OK site has been Haz checked by Neil . Neil spent One and a half hours at the farm today and detected for  One hour.  No green waste present and the Farmer recons that the Bedrock on most of the fields is only 6 inches down.

Neil found one of those 8 pronged lead shaped objects that no one knows what are for. but was only detecting for an hour, so we are of open mind with this site. If you're happy to take a chance on unproven territory then sign away however those travelling distance be warned, we do not have any certainty regarding finds with this site.
