Recently by email and received a reply?

I must have emailed them 6 times over 2 months only to check if my Safari has any transferable warranty left on it and I've had zip from the ignorant barstewards!!  Angry

Well I've contacted them on more times than I care to remember and always have great service. Contrary to NFL in my experience the customer support is about as good as it gets.
Mind you I usually phone them, which maybe the way to go.
Are you emailing Minelab in Ireland?

I recently sent Finbarr 2 emails and received replies same day as sent, their turn around on repairs is 2nd to none.
They have moved and have a new address. I sent in for a service my se pro and sov elite, the turn around very quick.  Grin

Your right Outlaw Finbarr is very good. I have pm'd Dusty his e-mail address. I am sure he will act on any e-mail right away. Mind you it is worth bearing in mind Steve Cox of MSR for Minelab repairs out of warranty. I have dealt with him and he is well recommended. His details can be found elsewhere on the forum.
