This is a ahammerred coin of James the first that I found Can anyone please tell  me is it Scottish as it is dated 1601

here's my example of the 1603 what I just croped from a old photo it would of been nice to show all the coins Smiley but had to keep cropping to 400 kb Smiley

Needn't have cropped to that extent! Just reduce to overall quality slightly (say 300 to 180 or something) 72 is the normal screen
res for web viewing anyway.
