There is no punishment for these yobs though. Prisons are full so magistrates are told to give them a fine, which in most cases isn't paid. Bring back corporal punishment in schools, the birch for persistent  young offenders and PROPER prisoms. Cons get playstations and Hi Def tele these days. About time we didn't have to put up with the trail of destruction these people leave.
