Well what a gorgeous day, a little hot but nice to be out,well not as good as I expected it to be, but a few finds cant understand no coins whatsoever? I excpect the majority were found by the guy who did it 15 years ago and im just getting the slack shame, but was good to be out seeing 1morecoin finds put the finds here to  shame what a fabulous amount of finds he had think I will have to go out sunday for some more detecting.. Anyway here a few finds that I did winkle out Best regards to all Grin Grin Grin....Dave

I would call that a good field Dave , crotal bell, 17th cent horse shoe and all the other bits , if I was on that field I would think this hasn't been detected and would look forward to the older stuff coming up.
It's only a matter of time, clear the bigger stuff off and you will be making the finds you want. Great pics!

Keep hunting mate as Steve said it does look an undetected field. Very good quality pictures as well. Well done Dave.

Well done fella nice finds there , anyone know what the ring shaped item is top line , I had one in the Llantwit rally and although everyone had seen one before noone  seemed to be able  to nail what they are for,

yes rob they are 13th to 14th cent rings they used them for a lot of things a found one on a site last year with a bit of cloth still on it  Smiley




 ps by the way nice finds dave like steve said i would go back to that feild keep at it mate and well done  Wink
