I can make out a stick figure of a man with a very long head  very short legs and to me it looks like hes wearing a 70.s style fringed bikers Jacket !

Sound stupid but I can see two trouble is i dont know which one you refering too lol. Theres a small one and then just to the left with that black curve is a much  bigger one more like a swifts head but  it just stands out to me. The black curve on the left is his eye
