Many bistros use cooking oil for the deepfried food and the french fries.

have a look at the menu. There is also a bistro in Swansea that I have collected oil from.

Just been for a meal at Napoleon's Bistro
WOW what a meal I and all the family were well impressed
Staff  very pleasant and helpfull
Meal was stunning well done Nap and staff will recomend you
