But after three aborted trips due to weather I only got in just over an hour due to a phonecall about problems at home with animals. Finds were a few buttons and plenty of lead and a plate off something. Whilst returning to the car though the find of the hour smiled up to me from the surface in the shape of a Neolithic Stone Axe Head. As a big Neolithic fan I am over the moon even with my day cut short.
