any ideas please. I had a new permission with surrounding bronze age barrows today, it looked to me like an arrowhead at first but I am probably wrong. it is metal but has got mineralisation on it. it has a small bit at the bottom as if it was fixed to something too.

fingers crossed its not just junk hahaha. Grin

What sort of weight is it Danny? That sort of mineralisation is only really common as aluminium oxide or lead oxide?

I shall weigh it if needed but definitely too heavy to be aluminium.

No I got another 4 new permissions today. There is another exactly the same which had a fin on one side but numb nuts here lost it, I think I know where it is as i had a sit down in the field for a fag break.  Which is another reason I thought arrow.
