Byron, you are very welcome to borrow the detector. I couldn't bear to see a fellow detectorist travelling all that distance and not being able to detect. The downside was i should have borrowed your bungey, in the afternoon!!! ... the result .. my right arm is now 6 inches longer than the left one.

Geoff .. excellent feedback from Peter the FLO there, I think DW members should all be very pleased with our efforts today and of course to acknowledge the outstanding work of Peter and his colleague who worked non stop to record the finds. What a great service provided by the Shropshire PAS team. Well done everyone who brought in their finds for recording.

Finally, Ray ... i hope the pipster bought his fellow camp mates a drink with his lucky find!!!
