well done ladies .... keep working them fields.

don;t rush, take it slowly and steadily.

make sure you record all finds over 300 years old with the Finds Liason officer for the area.

thanks all!! the s.african one came out with 2 other coins in the same hole.....!! bargain!!
alan, nothing has popped out of this field beyond victoria at the moment,but i will report if i find anything like that!!

thank you all, all those things are what ive had off there in the past week really, ive got 2 more bags of coins ive had off there when i halfheartedly pottered in that field over the years.Val that is wierd how you've never found a viccy,whats the oldest coin youve found?Huh

guess what im doing tomorrow?? yes...back to "the field" hehheee, and the best thing is that its our own field (we live on a smallholding)...for years ive cursed the footpath that runs thru here, at least this is a consolation prize!
