Me and my mate still want to come to the rally, but i am still confused over these rules you stated the following

Everyone who attends does so at their own risk and we recommend that everyone has civil liability insurance. If you are a member of a club you will probably already have this. Please check

which means you only recommend that everyone has civil liability insurance

Neil on the other hand is stating you have to have it to attend any rallys

Please can you clarify

Thats why i am asking Rob to clarify

Rob is only recommending that everyone has civil liability insurance

Neil is stating you have to have it

Hi there thanks for pointing out the error, I have now rectified this. I can confirm that everyone that attends the rally must have Fid, NCMD or an equivalent insurance .
