A few nice bits today, despite the rain, including a cracking coin of Alfred the Great, London monogram type. That paid for the morning off  Grin

I've cleaned it up a little, but is a little brittle, so I will now leave well alone. As my last rare Saxon fell into 4 pieces and knocked £3000 off the price.   Undecided
