Nice haul there Troutmaster.  I chickened out when it started raining again. Tides are coming good again end of the week might give my local a go.

I've never figured out where to park to get onto the North beach. South is a bit of a disapointment most times, only ever found rubbish there.
I have a theory I want to check out one of these days about tidal drift

Val.

there's a load of bits of iron chain on north beach.i always think of removing them but i look at the steps and it puts me off lol.i used to weld the links together and make gothic looking candle holders or large iron spiders for the garden, might do it again if i get time lol.no time at mo.
will join at your end one day for a beach rally lol.winner gets an ice cream
