As a scientific approach to metal detecting helps me along my way to getting the best finds known to man,me DALE and SCROTUM all agreed the TEJON (Tay-hon) was a great machine with a lot of potential.... So we went out of our way (and out of our overdrafts) to snap one up and buy one each fully upgraded, new bigger coils blah blah blah....But.... With some buying, selling and swapping and arguing and a little more scientific research (and reviews and trending fashions and a few nudges(MAINLY FROM DALE) I have now opted for the XP Deus 3.2 with ws5 headphones.....
AWAITING the delivery right now and thinking of all the treasure and artefacts ill unearth with it but also wondering how good or better is this machine going to be???
For XP's sake this machine better deliver......
Lets see what all the fuss is about

Monsieur Deus has been delivering goodies for the last 4 years,.plus 18 months previous field testing by John Lynn (Norfolk Wolf).

It just took some folks longer than others to join the happy band of brothers. Wink

So true, Jerry.

It's so lovely to use...light and no wires!

Detecting should be enjoyable, and if you are continually struggling with the weight then you are not concentrating or enjoying it fully.

The lightness helps you keep a good detecting technique.

I'm often left wondering how some find things when you see the coil off the ground swinging like a pendulum.

Those who switch often wish they'd done so earlier.  Smiley
