Place of abode is south Somerset.

I am sure some photographs of my recent finds will find their way onto the forum..........................Doug

Thank you for the warm welcome to Detecting Wales.

Brief history of where I am on machines used and current machines.

Beach.

16 years with a Whites PI machine, then 9 years with a Minelab Sovereign Elite, November last year I purchased a Minelab Safari and then Ultimate 13 inch coil, I have had the most successful winter on the beach for years!

Land.

Various machines including a BFO, Arado 95/120B, Garrett Groundhog, Laser Rapier,I then discovered the XP range of machines in the form of the Goldmaxx Power (8 years) then moved onto the Deus (3 years) which is now my current machine.

Footnote on the Deus. I still use the V2 software and the standard 9" coil, a combination I am more than satisfied with.
