Yep that was my understanding as well , though because we're requesting one field all together , thats why. They cant hold back a field for us , then only 10 turn up to camp.

CAMPSITE

The campsite is approximately 7 miles from the farm and will be £9.00 all in  here is the campsites website, they are keeping a field aside for us and booking  will be done by myself. Payment for camping is up front ASAP in full. Please contact the Campsite below to PAY ASAP   Please quote your Detecting Wales Usernames when paying.[/b]
Those planning on taking motorhomes or caravans are welcome but will need to phone and check prices as its only Tents I've made arrangements for .

I am sure they will let you pay on the day in cash if you turn up at the campsite Paul - I doubt they will turn away business - especially off season mate.

Hi we paid our deposits on the campervan but sunday we have to be of the site 12 o clock are we able to drive to the farm sunday to leave fom there.parkijohn & parki

Well just to wet your appetites the curry I am cooking will be an Aloo Gosht which is a traditional meat and potato curry from Pakistan (although this one will be using beef rather than lamb) it's a medium hot curry with a rich, thick sauce and potatoes fried in Ghee added just before serving. this will be served with nan bread heated on the bbq.

I notice quite a few people are staying for the bbq but no one is putting there names down for bringing items ? There is only a few people that have put there names down so far come on people start putting your names down then we will know what is being supplied
